CRM & Business Systems

CRM & business systems

CRM only pays for itself when it is connected to everything else. We do the implementation and, more importantly, the integration.

In short

We implement, customise and integrate Salesforce and Zoho CRM for UK businesses — data model and pipeline design, migration from spreadsheets or legacy systems, workflow automation, and connections to your website, finance system, marketing platform and operational tools.

Most of the value is in integration. A CRM that requires someone to retype an order from the website, or reconcile invoices against Xero by hand, is a filing cabinet with a licence fee. We remove those steps.

What this covers

  • Salesforce implementation and custom development
  • Zoho One and Zoho CRM implementation
  • CRM data migration and cleansing
  • Website-to-CRM lead and order integration
  • Finance and ERP system integration
  • Workflow automation and reporting

What we deliver

Implementation & configuration

Object and pipeline design that matches how you actually sell and deliver, permissions and record visibility, templates, and user onboarding that gets adoption above the usual dismal baseline.

Data migration & cleansing

Deduplication, normalisation and validated import from spreadsheets, Access, or a CRM you are leaving. Dirty data is the single most common reason a new CRM gets abandoned.

Integration & automation

Website forms, e-commerce orders, telephony, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Xero or Sage, marketing platforms, and your own applications — connected with proper error handling rather than a Zapier chain nobody monitors.

Custom development

Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow on Salesforce; Deluge, custom functions and widgets on Zoho. For when configuration genuinely runs out of road — not before.

Reporting & dashboards

Pipeline, conversion, cohort and forecast reporting people will actually open, plus extraction into Power BI where the analysis needs to combine CRM with other sources.

Adoption & aftercare

Documentation, admin training, and a support line for the six months after go-live when the real questions surface.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

Salesforce or Zoho — which is right for us?

Zoho suits small and mid-sized businesses well: dramatically lower licence cost, a broad suite covering CRM, finance, HR and helpdesk, and quick to stand up. Salesforce earns its cost when you have complex sales processes, significant customisation, a large user base or a partner ecosystem requirement. A rough dividing line is around 20-30 users and the complexity of your process, not the size of your ambition.

We already have a CRM but nobody uses it. Can you fix that?

Usually, yes — and it is rarely a software problem. It is normally that the CRM asks for data users get nothing back for, duplicates work they do elsewhere, or does not reflect their real process. We start by watching how the team works, then simplify and automate before touching configuration.

Can you connect our CRM to our website?

Yes, and this is one of the highest-return pieces of work available. Enquiries, quotes, orders and account activity flowing automatically into CRM removes rekeying, stops leads getting lost in an inbox, and gives you attribution data you did not previously have.

How long does a CRM implementation take?

A focused Zoho CRM implementation with migration and website integration is typically 4 to 8 weeks. Salesforce with custom development and multiple integrations runs 3 to 6 months. Phasing it — core CRM live first, integrations second — gets value earlier and reduces risk.

Do you resell licences?

No. We are deliberately independent of both vendors, which means our recommendation is not influenced by margin. You buy licences directly and we implement.

Send us the problem and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team, what a sensible first step is, and roughly what it costs.
