What should I include in my enquiry?
What you are trying to achieve, any deadline that is real, roughly what budget range you are working to, and what already exists. Budget is not a negotiating trick — it tells us immediately whether we can help or should refer you elsewhere.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. The initial call — usually 30 minutes — is free, and often ends with a recommendation that costs you nothing. Paid work starts at discovery.
